Pesticide Use Monitoring Inspections are one of the most common types of regulatory inspections performed by our department.
The purpose of these inspections is to determine if the handler and employer are in compliance with regulations, permit conditions, and the label being used. Additionally, these inspections assure that possible hazards to people, crops, non-target animals, and surrounding properties are addressed.
This course has been approved for 0.50 hour of Pesticide Laws and Regulations and 0.50 hours of Other
This training focuses on the Pest Control Headquarters Inspection Report (Form 109)
This type of inspection is for:
– Production Agriculture Operations
– Pesticide Dealers
– Pest Control Advisors (PCA)
– "Other" Non-Production Headquarter Types

This continuing education course training series discusses tips and techniques to reduce the possibility of off-target drift.
