The Pesticide Use Monitoring Inspection (PR-ENF-104) [2024]
Pesticide Use Monitoring Inspections are one of the most common types of regulatory inspections performed by our department.
The purpose of these inspections is to determine if the handler and employer are in compliance with regulations, permit conditions, and the label being used. Additionally, these inspections ensure that possible hazards to people, crops, non-target animals, and surrounding properties are addressed.

Pest Control Headquarters Inspections For Agricultural Operations [2024]
This training focuses on the Pest Control Headquarters Inspection Report (Form 109)

This one hour course covers the most common regulatory violations seen in San Joaquin County in 2021.
