Free

OVERVIEW
Pesticide Use Monitoring Inspections are one of the most common types of regulatory inspections performed by our department.
The purpose of these inspections is to determine if the handler and employer are in compliance with regulations, permit conditions, and the label being used. Additionally, these inspections assure that possible hazards to people, crops, non-target animals, and surrounding properties are addressed.
